TPCE646-10R – Reconfigurable MPSoC PCIe Card by TEWS Technologies

The TPCE646-10R from TEWS Technologies is a high-performance reconfigurable MPSoC module designed for demanding data acquisition and control applications requiring precise analog I/O combined with FPGA flexibility. Built around the AMD Zynq UltraScale+ XCZU11EG processor, this X8 PCIe Gen 3 compatible card delivers exceptional computational power with user-configurable logic for custom signal processing implementations. The module features 32 DAC output channels based on the AD5547 dual 16-bit DAC providing single-ended bipolar ±10V outputs with factory calibration, alongside 8 ADC input channels utilizing the LTC2323-16 dual 16-bit 5Msps differential-input converter supporting ±20Vpp differential voltage range. Memory resources include 4GB 64-bit DDR4 SDRAM for the PL bank and 4GB 64-bit DDR4 SDRAM for the PS bank, expandable to 8GB each. The extensive connectivity options encompass 64 MPSoC I/Os on a rear Samtec QTE connector configurable as single-ended LVCMOS18 or differential LVDS interfaces, 8 Multi-Gigabit Transceivers on Samtec FireFly connectors, four differential LVDS I/O lanes on the front panel, and a 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet interface. Configuration is handled via dual QSPI flash with micro SD card slot alternative and JTAG debugging support.
