Description
The AAEON Intelli i14 Edge is a purpose-built vision system embedded box PC designed for machine vision, AI-powered quality inspection, and edge inference applications where both high CPU performance and dedicated GPU compute are required in a compact deployable form factor. The system is powered by a 14th generation Intel Core i9-14900T processor at up to 65 W on the Intel R680E chipset, delivering the multi-core throughput needed for parallel vision pipeline processing. Graphics are handled by an integrated NVIDIA RTX A2000 or NVIDIA RTX A4500 MXM module, providing professional-grade GPU compute for deep learning inference, 3D inspection, and real-time image analysis workloads. Two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots support up to 32 GB of 4800 MT/s memory with ECC support, which is critical for error-sensitive industrial vision environments. Dual M.2 2280 M-Key NVMe slots provide high-speed local storage for model weights, image buffers, and logging, while an M.2 2230 E-Key slot is available for wireless expansion. Networking is served by a 2.5 GbE Intel I226-IT port and a 1 GbE Intel I219-LM port, supporting high-throughput image data transfer to upstream systems. Five USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port connect cameras, peripherals, and vision sensors, and dual DisplayPort outputs allow connection of inspection monitors or operator displays. The system measures just 205 x 190 x 70 mm and weighs under 3 kg, making it straightforward to integrate into production line enclosures and inspection stations.
