Description
The Hirschmann LRS32-7TX/3SFP/1C is a lite managed DIN rail industrial Ethernet switch from the LRS32 series, extending the LRS30 platform with PoE and PoE+ power delivery capability for powering IP devices directly from the switch without separate power supplies. The switch supports PoE/PoE+ on up to 8 ports with a total power budget of 180W, making it well-suited for powering IP cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones, sensors, and other field devices in distributed industrial automation, intelligent transportation, and smart building applications. The port configuration mirrors the LRS30: 7 Fast Ethernet TX copper ports, 3 FE/GE SFP ports for fibre or copper SFP connectivity at up to Gigabit speeds, and 1 combo port supporting 10/100/1000BASE-TX and 100/1000BASE-FX SFP simultaneously. Hirschmann’s HiEOS Layer 2 software provides VLAN, QoS, IGMP snooping, store-and-forward switching, RSTP per IEC 62439-1, MRP client, and ERPS and ERPS v2 ring redundancy. Management via HTTPS, SSHv2, SNMP v1/v2/v3, CLI, and HiDiscovery supports both local and remote network administration. The compact 68 x 135 x 118 mm DIN rail housing operates from -40°C to +60°C with IP30 protection and 48/54 VDC power input. CE, FCC, EN 61131, and cUL 61010-1 approvals ensure compliance across industrial sectors, while an MTBF of over 3.1 million hours and a five-year guarantee support long-term installation confidence.
