BRS40-8TX/4SFP-EEC – All-Gigabit TSN Managed DIN Rail Switch by Hirschmann

The Hirschmann BOBCAT BRS40-8TX/4SFP-EEC is the Extended Environmental Class variant of the compact 12-port all-Gigabit BOBCAT switch with SFP uplinks, providing eight 10/100/1000BASE-TX RJ45 ports and four SFP slots for 100 or 1000 Mbit/s fiber connectivity in a 570 g PC-ABS DIN Rail housing rated from -40 to +70°C. The BRS40-8TX/4SFP-EEC runs the full BOBCAT platform including IEEE 802.1Qbv TSN for deterministic real-time Ethernet, HIPER-Ring and MRP (IEC62439-2) redundancy, RSTP, LACP, IGMP snooping per VLAN, QoS prioritization, and VLAN management.
