Belden LioN-P 0980 ESL 309-121-EEC – PROFINET IO-Link Master with Extended Environmental Conditions

The Belden LioN-P 0980 ESL 309-121-EEC is an extended environmental conditions variant of the LioN-P IO-Link Master series, designed specifically for installations where standard operating temperature ranges are insufficient. With a working temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, it is well suited for outdoor automation, cold storage facilities, transportation infrastructure, and harsh industrial environments in Nordic conditions. Beyond its temperature capability, this model expands the I/O configuration with 4 digital input channels, 4 digital output channels with galvanic isolation on Pin 2 at up to 2A output current, and 8 IO-Link Master channels, all accessible via M12 5-pole A-coded connectors. The PROFINET interface supports Conformance Class C, RT performance, MRP client redundancy, shared device, and fast startup under 2000 ms. Bus connection uses M12 4-pole D-coded connectors and power supply uses M12 5-pole L-coded connectors. The 60 mm zinc die-cast housing is fully potted and rated IP65, IP67, and IP69K, with 15g vibration resistance and 50g shock resistance. CE, RoHS, UL, PNO, and IO-Link certified.
