Belden LioN-P 0980 ESL 199-331 – Multiprotocol IO-Link Master with M12 Y-coded Hybrid Connection

The Belden LioN-P 0980 ESL 199-331 builds on the multiprotocol LioN-P platform with the addition of M12 Y-coded hybrid connectors that combine Ethernet bus and power supply into a single 8-pole connection. This reduces the number of connectors and cable runs required at the field level, making installation faster and more cost-effective in applications where space and cable management are critical. The device supports both PROFINET and EtherNet/IP, with PROFINET Conformance Class C, RT performance, MRP client redundancy, and fast startup under 2000 ms, and EtherNet/IP with Device Level Ring, BootP/DHCP addressing, and Exclusive Owner connection types. It provides 4 digital input channels and up to 8 configurable IO-Link Master channels, with Class A ports on X1 to X4 and Class B ports on X5 to X8, all via M12 5-pole A-coded I/O connectors. The module is fully potted in a zinc die-cast nickel-plated metal housing rated IP65, IP67, and IP69K, operating from -20°C to 70°C with 15g vibration resistance. CE, RoHS, UL, and IO-Link certified.
