Description
The Belden LioN-P 0980 ESL 109-121 is a standalone IO-Link Master module built for industrial automation applications that require robust, scalable field connectivity. Running on PROFINET with Conformance Class C and RT performance class, it supports fast startup times of under 2000 ms and Media Redundancy Protocol as an MRP client, making it well suited for high-availability production environments. The module provides 4 digital input channels and up to 8 configurable IO-Link Master channels, with Class A and Class B port support across the X1 to X8 connections. All I/O connections use M12 5-pole A-coded connectors, while bus communication runs over M12 4-pole D-coded connectors and power supply via M12 5-pole L-coded connectors. The housing is constructed from zinc die-cast metal with a nickel matt finish, fully potted and rated IP65, IP67, and IP69K when used with compatible Hirschmann or Lumberg Automation connectors. It operates in temperatures from -20°C to 70°C and offers vibration resistance up to 15g across 5 to 500 Hz, making it a solid choice for factory automation, machine building, and process control installations. The module is CE, RoHS, and UL certified and carries PNO and IO-Link approval. Available from Recab across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
