The Advantech SPC-615E is a purpose-built explosion-proof touch panel computer engineered for deployment in hazardous industrial environments requiring certified protection against explosive atmospheres. Powered by the Intel Alder Lake-N Core i3-N305 octa-core processor, this 15-inch industrial panel PC delivers Industry 4.0-ready computing performance in a completely fanless, sealed enclosure. The system carries comprehensive hazardous location certifications including IECEx and ATEX Zone 2/22 for European markets, plus Class I Division II certification for North American compliance, making it suitable for oil refineries, petrochemical plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing, grain processing facilities, and mining operations where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dusts may be present. The industrial-grade XGA TFT LED LCD display features exceptional 1800 cd/m² luminance for visibility in bright industrial lighting conditions, with 178-degree viewing angles and 50,000-hour LED backlight life ensuring long-term reliability. The PCAP touchscreen enables intuitive operator interaction even in demanding process control environments. Hardware specifications include 16GB DDR5 5600 RAM, explosion-proof certified M.2 SSD storage with optional 2.5-inch expansion, dual Intel i226 2.5GbE LAN ports for high-speed industrial networking, two USB 3.2 ports, USB Type-C with DisplayPort functionality, and dual RS-232/422/485 serial interfaces for legacy equipment connectivity. Security features include integrated TPM 2.0 hardware encryption with Windows 11 LTSC support.
