The Kontron FlatClient ECO AML/ADN is a scalable all-in-one industrial panel PC series designed to serve as the human-machine interface for visualization and control across a wide range of machines, devices, and industrial plant installations. Available in six display sizes — 10.1, 12.1, 15.6, 21.5, and 23.8 inches — the series spans WXGA (1280×800) for the smaller formats and Full HD 1920×1080 for 15.6-inch and above, with brightness levels from 250 to 500 cd/m² and viewing angles of H170°/V170° or better depending on the model. The projected capacitive PCAP multitouch touchscreen supports 10-finger input through tempered glass with anti-fingerprint and anti-glare treatment, ensuring reliable operator interaction even in industrial lighting conditions; a resistive touch option is available on request. Two processor platforms are offered: the FlatClient ECO ADN uses Intel N97 at 3.6GHz or Intel Core i3-N305 at up to 3.8GHz for greater compute performance, while the FlatClient ECO AML uses Intel Atom X7000 Series processors including the x7211RE, x7433RE, and x7835RE for power-efficient operation from 6 to 12W. All variants support 8 or 16GB DDR5 RAM and 128 to 1024GB M.2 SATA storage. Standard connectivity includes 2x 2.5GbE, 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, 1x USB 2.0, and 2x DisplayPort, with optional RS232, audio, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, and RFID. The metal housing with powder coat or zinc plate finish operates from 0 to +50°C with an IP65-rated front panel, passive fanless cooling, MTBF over 50,000 hours, and mounting options for panel cut-out or VESA 75/100. CE, UL, and CB certified. Software support covers Windows 10/11 IoT Enterprise, Linux Debian, and Kontron’s hardened KontronOS, with optional QIWI web panel functionality.
