The Axiomtek CEM568 is a high-performance COM Express Type 10 Mini module built around the 13th Gen Intel Core i7, i5, i3, or Processor U300E (Raptor Lake), designed for embedded system designers who need maximum processing power and modern I/O in the compact 84 x 55 mm COM Express Type 10 Mini form factor. The module features LPDDR5-6400 memory support up to 32 GB on SoC-integrated dual-channel architecture, delivering the memory bandwidth demanded by AI inference, machine vision, and data-intensive transport applications.
