Description
The AAEON PICO-MTU4-SEMI is a compact standalone embedded computer in the PICO-SEMI form factor, measuring 108 x 95 x 43 mm and built around the Intel Core Ultra 5 125U processor with its integrated SoC architecture running at a 15W TDP. Designed for industrial OEM system integrators and embedded application developers who require a self-contained computing module beyond a bare board, the PICO-MTU4-SEMI combines processing performance with a ruggedised enclosure supporting both DIN rail and wall mounting through optional accessories. Onboard single-channel LPDDR5 6400 memory in 16 GB or 32 GB configurations delivers high-bandwidth memory performance for compute-intensive edge tasks, and dual M.2 expansion via an M.2 2280 M-Key socket with PCIe 4.0 x4 and an M.2 2230 E-Key slot with PCIe 4.0 x1 cover fast NVMe SSD storage and wireless connectivity. Networking is handled by an Intel I226 2.5GbE controller and an Intel I219 1GbE controller, both via dual RJ-45 ports, while two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports serve high-speed peripheral connections. HDMI 1.4 supports 4K display output at 30 Hz for connected HMI or information display panels. Optional RS-232/422/485 serial ports and 4-bit GPIO cater to industrial device and sensor integration where needed. TPM 2.0 security, UEFI BIOS, Wake-on-LAN, and a 255-level watchdog timer provide a reliable operational foundation for autonomous and remotely managed deployments. Operating from -10°C to +50°C with 0.7 m/s airflow and certified to CE and FCC Class A, the PICO-MTU4-SEMI is suitable for intelligent automation controllers, smart retail systems, industrial edge nodes, and compact OEM embedded platforms across a wide range of industries. Available from Recab, your Nordic partner for AAEON embedded computer solutions.
