Description
The AAEON de next-TGU8-EZBOX is an ultra-compact embedded computing system from the de next product line, occupying a remarkably small footprint of 95.5 x 69.5 mm while delivering the full processing capability of 11th generation Intel Core Tiger Lake processors. Three processor options are available — Intel Core i7-1185G7E at 4 cores/8 threads, i5-1145G7E at 4 cores/8 threads, and i3-1115G4E at 2 cores/4 threads — all running at 15W TDP with Intel UHD Graphics and up to 16GB of onboard LPDDR4x-3733 memory that eliminates the need for separate memory modules and reduces board thickness. The system is offered in two thermal configurations: a cooler version with an active CPU cooler at 45.4 mm height, and a more compact passive heatsink version at 42.5 mm height, the latter best suited for space-critical or passively cooled enclosures. Display output via HDMI 1.4b supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 30Hz for high-definition single-screen applications. Network connectivity combines one 2.5GbE port via Intel I225/I226 and one GbE port via Intel I219, with Wake-on-LAN support for remote management. Two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports handle peripheral connectivity, and an M.2 2280 M-Key slot with PCIe 4.0 x2 accommodates NVMe SSD storage. Security is provided by firmware TPM (fTPM) and a 255-level hardware watchdog timer. Power input is a simple +12V DC jack connector, with AT/ATX power modes and a MTBF of 609,263 hours at specified conditions. Operating temperature is -10°C to +50°C with 0.7 m/s airflow.
