Description
The Axiomtek eBOX100B is a compact fanless embedded system designed for edge computing, transportation, and industrial IoT applications where space, power efficiency, and wide-temperature reliability are critical. At its core is the Intel Processor N150 (Twin Lake) quad-core SoC running at up to 3.6GHz with a 6W TDP, paired with 8GB LPDDR5 onboard memory with a 16GB option available by project, enabling capable processing without the thermal or mechanical complexity of active cooling. The aluminium extrusion and heavy-duty steel IP40 enclosure measures just 155 x 110 x 60mm and weighs 1.1kg, with a front-access I/O layout that simplifies cabling and maintenance in tight installation spaces. Connectivity is comprehensive: 2x 2.5GbE LAN via Intel I226-V controllers, 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2, 4x USB 2.0, 2x lockable HDMI for dual independent display output at Full HD, 4x RS-232/422/485 COM ports with autoflow, and an 8-channel TTL digital I/O. Storage options include one M.2 2280 Key M NVMe SSD slot and one 2.5-inch SATA bay. Expansion is provided by an M.2 Key E 2230 slot for Wi-Fi, a full-size Mini PCIe slot with SIM signal for LTE, and an internal SIM slot. Intelligent power management supports ignition on/off and USB power on/off control, alongside a 9 to 36VDC wide-range power input with inrush protection, making the eBOX100B well suited to vehicle-mounted and mobile computing deployments.
