The Neousys Technology SEMIL-2200 Series is a 2U 19-inch half-rack IP69K mission-critical computer engineered for the most demanding defence, military vehicle, industrial, and field deployment environments. Supporting Intel 14th, 13th, or 12th Generation Core processors (i3 to i9, 35W TDP, LGA1700 socket) with the Intel R680E platform controller hub and integrated UHD Graphics 770, the system supports up to 128GB of ECC or non-ECC DDR5 4800 SDRAM across two SODIMM slots, making it well suited to AI inference, data analytics, and communications processing workloads. The SEMIL-2200 Series achieves IP69K ingress protection through a corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminium chassis with fully ruggedised M12 connectors capable of withstanding the high-pressure washdown, salt spray, and vibration conditions encountered in naval, vehicle-mounted, and outdoor industrial deployments. Seven M12 X-coded Ethernet ports deliver exceptional bandwidth, comprising two 10GbE ports via Intel X550-AT2 with Wake-on-LAN, four 2.5GbE ports via Intel I226-IT, and one GbE port via Intel I219-LM. Additional I/O includes two isolated CAN 2.0 bus ports with SocketCAN support, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports with DisplayPort alternative mode, two USB 2.0 M12 ports, and four isolated serial COM ports. Storage options include a PCIe Gen4x4 NVMe M.2 SSD slot, two internal SATA ports supporting RAID 0/1, three full-size mini-PCIe sockets with SIM slots, an M.2 B Key slot for 5G or 4G modules, and an M.2 E Key slot for Wi-Fi. MIL-STD-810H vibration and shock compliance, MIL-STD-461G electromagnetic emissions and immunity compliance (CE102, RE102, RS103), and MIL-STD-1275D vehicle electrical system compliance make the SEMIL-2200 ready for the full range of military and defence mobile platform requirements.
