SPR20-7TX/2FM-EEC – Unmanaged Fast Ethernet Rail Switch with Dual Fiber by Hirschmann, a Belden Brand

The Hirschmann SPR20-7TX/2FM-EEC is an unmanaged industrial Fast Ethernet DIN rail switch from the SPIDER III family, combining seven 10/100BASE-TX RJ45 copper ports with two 100BASE-FX multimode fiber uplinks via SC sockets — enabling network extensions up to 5 km on 50/125 µm or 4 km on 62.5/125 µm multimode cable. It operates in store-and-forward switching mode and includes QoS port prioritization per IEEE 802.1D/p, ingress storm protection, and jumbo frame support, features rarely found in unmanaged switches, making it particularly capable for applications with real-time traffic requirements. A USB interface is included for configuration, and power is supplied via a 6-pin plug-in terminal block accepting redundant 12/24 V DC (9.6 to 32 V DC) input, with a very low maximum power consumption of just 6.9 W.
