The ACKSYS AirLink is a multifunction industrial WiFi device designed and manufactured in Europe specifically for integration into industrial processes, mobile equipment, and factory automation infrastructure where compact size, flexibility, and robust wireless performance are required. Running the WaveOS operating system, it combines access point, client, repeater, mesh, and NAT router capabilities in a single device that can be wall or DIN rail mounted and powered from 9V to 48V DC or PoE 802.3af, making it straightforward to deploy in electrical cabinets, machine enclosures, and vehicle installations with minimal cabling. The single radio supports IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n with MIMO 2T2R across 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, reaching up to 300Mbps, with Adaptive Noise Immunity technology improving reliability in RF-dense industrial environments. Its fast roaming algorithm delivers handover times under 30ms, making it the ideal choice for embedding in AGVs, AMRs, forklifts, and operator trolleys that must maintain continuous Ethernet connectivity while moving between access point coverage zones. Security covers WPA3 Personal and Enterprise with IEEE 802.1X RADIUS, WPA2, Firewall, DoS protection, OpenVPN, IPsec, GRE tunnels, MAC filtering, and Rogue AP detection, supporting mass deployments of machines and mobile equipment with consistent security policies. The single Gigabit Ethernet port supports IPv4/IPv6, STP/RSTP, VLAN, DHCP server and client, NAT routing, VRRP IP redundancy, and multicast with PIM. Hot Spot 2.0 and wireless load balancing provide additional service quality control. Power consumption is just 5.8W maximum, and MTBF is 3.6 million hours.
