Nuvo-9100VTC Series – In-Vehicle Controller with PoE+ and EN 50155 by Neousys Technology

The Neousys Nuvo-9100VTC Series is a rugged in-vehicle computing platform built on Intel 12th, 13th, and 14th generation Core LGA1700 processors, engineered for transportation, rail, and demanding mobile computing applications that require certified environmental and EMC compliance alongside PoE-powered IP camera connectivity. Supporting processors from Celeron through Core i9 at 35W and 65W TDP on the Intel Q670E PCH, the Nuvo-9100VTC delivers up to twice the compute performance of previous 10th and 11th generation platforms with DDR5 4800 memory and PCIe Gen4 NVMe up to 7000 MB/s. Three variants address different PoE connectivity needs: the Nuvo-9100VTC provides four IEEE 802.3at PoE+ ports via M12 X-coded connectors for the most rugged connector requirements; the Nuvo-9104VTC provides four PoE+ RJ45 ports; and the Nuvo-9108VTC combines four 1GbE and four 2.5GbE PoE+ ports across eight RJ45 connectors for maximum camera count. All variants feature one 2.5GbE and one GbE port with screw-lock connectors, one USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C with screw-lock, four USB 3.2 Gen2, two USB 3.2 Gen1, two USB 2.0, one isolated CAN 2.0 port for in-vehicle communication, four isolated DI and four isolated DO, and four COM ports including two RS-232/422/485. Video outputs cover VGA, DVI-D, and DisplayPort. Storage includes one M.2 2280 Gen4 x4 NVMe, one hot-swap 2.5-inch SATA HDD tray, and one internal SATA port with RAID 0/1 support. Wireless expansion uses two M.2 B key sockets with SIM for 5G/4G and three mini PCIe sockets. The 8 to 48V DC input with built-in ignition control, E-Mark certification, EN 45545-2 fire protection, and EN 50155 EMC compliance with IEC 61373 Category I Class B vibration and shock ratings deliver comprehensive in-vehicle certification for rail and road deployments.
