GT-92RL-H – EN50155 Railway GPU Computer with NVIDIA RTX 2000 ADA by Neousys Technology

The Neousys GT-92RL-H is a 2U 19-inch rack-mount wide-temperature fanless GPU computer purpose-engineered for railway rolling stock applications, carrying full EN 50155:2021 mandatory test certification including 110V DC input, voltage interruption Class S3 at 0V/20ms, supply changeover Class C2 at 0V/30ms, and 1500V DC voltage withstand isolation, alongside EN 45545-2 fire protection on railway vehicles certification. These combined certifications qualify the GT-92RL-H for demanding rolling stock deployments across mainline, metro, and regional rail networks in Nordic, Baltic, and European markets. Powered by Intel 14th/13th/12th-Gen LGA1700 processors up to the Core i9 family and the NVIDIA RTX 2000 ADA GPU with its passive 70W cooling design, the system delivers high-performance AI inference for real-time vision tasks including pantograph and track gauge monitoring, video analytics in train carriages, track object identification, and tunnel inspection simultaneously across up to eight GigE cameras. Nine M12 X-Coded Gigabit Ethernet ports provide robust camera and network connectivity in the vibration and dirt-prone rolling stock installation environment. The 43V to 160V wide-range DC input via M12 K-Coded connector with built-in isolation accommodates the high-voltage DC bus of mainline and heavy rail vehicles. Up to 64 GB DDR5 4800 ECC/non-ECC SDRAM, M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe SSD up to 7000 MB/s, and two hot-swappable 2.5-inch HDD/SSD trays supporting RAID 0/1 provide reliable data storage for continuous recording applications. Two isolated CAN 2.0 ports, four USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, isolated RS-232/422/485, isolated DI/DO, HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort, and two full-size mini-PCIe sockets with SIM slots for MVB or wireless modules complete the interface set.
