ITA-560AGX – AI Inference Box Computer for Railway by Advantech

The Advantech ITA-560AGX is a high-performance fanless AI inference box computer engineered specifically for intelligent transportation and railway applications. Built on the powerful NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin platform, this rugged system delivers exceptional AI processing capabilities with up to 275 Sparse TOPs of INT8 performance, powered by the NVIDIA Ampere GPU architecture with up to 2048 CUDA cores, 64 Tensor cores, and dedicated Ray-Tracing cores. The system features either 8-core or 12-core NVIDIA Arm Cortex A78AE processors with up to 64GB LPDDR5X memory and 64GB eMMC flash storage, making it ideal for edge AI workloads including real-time video analytics, predictive maintenance, and autonomous system support. Designed for harsh industrial environments, the ITA-560AGX incorporates rugged M12 connectors throughout, including three X-coded M12 ports for Gigabit Ethernet connectivity using Intel i226-IT and Marvell 88E1512 controllers. Additional I/O includes two USB 3.0 ports, one CAN bus interface via DB9, digital I/O with 4 inputs and 4 outputs, and HDMI display output. The system supports flexible power input at either 24VDC or 110VDC via S-coded M12 connector. Expansion capabilities include one Mini PCIe slot and one M.2 M-key 2242 slot for storage expansion. The unit is fully compliant with critical railway standards including EN 50155 OT1 for ambient temperature, EN 50121-3-2 for EMC, and IEC 61373 for shock and vibration. The compact wall-mountable design measures 260 x 75 x 197.2mm and operates reliably across -25°C to 55°C temperature range.
