ADAM-5060/5069 – Relay Output Modules by Advantech

The ADAM-5060 and ADAM-5069 relay output modules from Advantech are designed for integration into programmable automation controller systems, providing reliable discrete output control for industrial applications. The ADAM-5060 features 6 relay channels configured as 2 form A and 4 form C contacts, offering versatile switching capabilities with contact ratings supporting AC voltages up to 250V at 0.3A and DC voltages up to 110V at 0.6A. This module operates with typical relay on and off times of 3ms and 2ms respectively, with a total switching time of 10ms. The ADAM-5069 is an 8-channel power relay module featuring form A contacts with LED indicators for visual status monitoring. It delivers higher power switching capabilities with contact ratings of 250V AC at 5A and 30V DC at 5A, making it ideal for controlling higher power loads. The ADAM-5069 offers a breakdown voltage of 750 VAC and typical relay switching times of 5ms on and 5.6ms off. Both modules share common design features including plug-in screw terminals accepting 14 to 22 AWG wire gauges, durable ABS+PC enclosures, and high insulation resistance of 1 GΩ minimum at 500 VDC. The ADAM-5060 consumes a maximum of 1.8W while the ADAM-5069 operates at 2.2W maximum. Both modules carry CE certification and RoHS compliance, with the ADAM-5069 additionally certified to FCC Class A standards.
