The four M12 X-coded Gigabit Ethernet ports and M12 A-coded power input use locking M12 connectors specifically engineered for transportation environments, providing secure and vibration-proof connections that standard RJ-45 interfaces cannot reliably deliver in high-shock and high-vibration rail installations. Dual SIM capability combined with eSIM support enables automatic failover between network operators and flexible switching scenarios, ensuring continuous connectivity even when primary network coverage is lost during transit. The ATRM50 carries EN 50155 certification for railway electronic equipment, EN 45545-2 fire protection certification for railway vehicles, and ITxPT compliance for public transport IT architecture interoperability, making it fully qualified for integration into certified rolling stock and infrastructure projects across the Nordic and Baltic rail networks.
