Overview

The AIE900B-ONX by Axiomtek is a high-performance fanless edge AI system specifically designed for autonomous mobile robots and robotics applications. Built around the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB module with an 8-core ARM Cortex A78AE CPU and 1024-core NVIDIA Ampere GPU featuring 32 Tensor Cores, this system delivers up to 157 TOPS of AI computing power for demanding machine vision and deep learning workloads. The rugged aluminum and heavy-duty steel construction achieves IP40 protection while operating silently across a wide temperature range from -25°C to +70°C. Comprehensive connectivity options include 8-channel GMSL1/2 camera inputs via Fakra-Z connectors, four GbE PoE ports supporting IEEE 802.3at with up to 30W per port, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, dual COM ports with RS-232/422/485 and CAN 2.0A/B/FD support, and 8-channel digital I/O. The system accepts 9-36 VDC power input with smart ignition control, making it ideal for vehicle-mounted applications. Expansion capabilities include M.2 Key M for NVMe SSD storage, M.2 Key B for LTE/5G modules, and a full-size Mini PCIe slot for Wi-Fi or additional connectivity.
