The Lumberg Automation 0985 342 104 is a shielded Fast Ethernet Cat5e double-ended data cordset with a male straight D-coded M12 connector on one end and a male straight RJ45 connector on the other, rated for 100 Mbit/s data transmission at 30 V AC / 42 V DC and 1.5 A. Description
The Lumberg Automation 0985 342 104 is a shielded Fast Ethernet Cat5e industrial data cordset engineered for direct connectivity between M12 D-coded industrial Ethernet ports and standard RJ45 network equipment in factory automation, process control, and transportation applications. The male straight D-coded M12 connector on Side 1 conforms to IEC 61076-2-101 with IP65, IP67, and IP69K protection when mated and locked, gold-plated CuSn contacts with a nickel-plated CuZn shielding shell, and a coupling screw attachment torque of 50 to 60 Ncm for secure vibration-resistant locking. The male straight RJ45 connector on Side 2 conforms to IEC 60603-7 with IP20 protection and gold-plated copper alloy contacts, providing standard Ethernet termination compatible with all industrial switches, routers, and network devices. The PUR green 4-wire cable (2x2x0.34 mm²) is constructed to IEC 11801 and EN 50288-2-2 CAT 5e specifications at 100 MHz bandwidth, with a foil and copper braid shield for EMC immunity, cold flexibility for drag chain installations, excellent oil and hydrolysis resistance, PVC-free and silicone-free construction, and LABS-free status. The cordset is rated for 30 V AC / 42 V DC at 1.5 A for 100 Mbit/s Fast Ethernet data transmission and is available in a wide range of standard lengths from 0.3 m to 70 m to suit every installation distance. Pollution degree 3 and overvoltage category I ratings confirm suitability for industrial environments.
