Nuvo-11000 Series – Intel Core Ultra 200S Fanless Embedded Computer by Neousys Technology

The Neousys Nuvo-11000 Series is Neousys’ flagship rugged fanless embedded computer built on the Intel Core Ultra 200S platform, utilising TSMC’s advanced 3nm photolithography to deliver up to 24 cores and 24 threads with significantly higher CPU clock rates alongside an integrated Neural Processing Unit providing up to 36 TOPs of AI acceleration. This makes the Nuvo-11000 series particularly well suited to industrial AI edge computing, machine vision, autonomous systems, and automation workloads demanding efficient on-device inference without a discrete GPU. The platform supports Intel Core Ultra 9 285/285T, Ultra 7 265/265T, and Ultra 5 245/245T processors at 35W and 65W TDP in the LGA1851 socket, with the Nuvo-11006 variant using the Intel Q870 PCH supporting Intel vPro/AMT 16.0 for remote management. Up to 128GB non-ECC DDR5-6400 SDRAM via dual SODIMM slots, combined with a PCIe Gen5 x4 M.2 2280 NVMe slot achieving read/write speeds over 11,000 MB/s, delivers next-generation data throughput. The Nuvo-11006E/LP variant provides five 2.5GbE and one GbE port with screw-lock connectors, optional IEEE 802.3at PoE+ on ports 3 to 6 with 100W total budget, eight USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, and an optional 10GbE port. The Nuvo-11002E/LP provides two 2.5GbE and one GbE port. All variants include four isolated DI and four isolated DO, two RS-232/422/485 COM ports, two additional RS-232 COM ports, HDMI and dual DisplayPort at 4K, MezIO proprietary expansion interface, and a single-slot PCIe Gen4 Cassette for add-on card accommodation. Mounting is via wall-mount standard with optional DIN-rail, and 8 to 48V DC input with optional ignition control supports in-vehicle deployment. MIL-STD-810H vibration and shock ratings, CE/FCC Class A EMC, and a -25°C to 70°C operating range complete the rugged specification.
