AIE810-ONX – Rugged IP67 Outdoor Edge AI System by Axiomtek

The Axiomtek AIE810-ONX is a purpose-built rugged outdoor edge AI system designed for demanding computer vision, intelligent traffic, smart infrastructure, and industrial AI inspection applications where conventional indoor systems cannot operate. At its heart is the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB module, delivering 157 TOPS of AI inference performance on a 1024-core NVIDIA Ampere GPU with 32 Tensor Cores and an NVIDIA Arm Cortex-A78AE v8.2 64-bit CPU, supported by 16GB of 128-bit LPDDR5 onboard memory. The system supports NVIDIA Super Mode with JetPack 6.2 and above for elevated compute performance, and carries NVIDIA’s longevity commitment with product support through 2032. The IP67-rated aluminium die-casting and heavy-duty steel enclosure measures 240 x 220 x 93.4mm and is fully sealed against dust and water immersion, with M12-coded connectors throughout for secure field connections: 2x M12 X-Code GbE PoE ports (IEEE 802.3at, up to 30W per port), 1x M12 A-Code dual USB 2.0, and 1x M12 A-Code isolated 4-in/4-out DIO. Wireless connectivity is particularly strong, with an M.2 Key E 2230 slot for Wi-Fi 6E, a full-size Mini PCIe slot and M.2 Key B 3042/3052 slot for 5G or LTE, a Nano SIM slot, and five N-Jack waterproof antenna openings for combined 5G, LTE, and Wi-Fi antenna arrays. Storage is via a single M.2 Key M 2280 NVMe SSD slot; an SSD is required for image installation. The 9 to 36VDC power input operates from -25 to +60°C in 25W mode, with IEC 60068-2-64 vibration and IEC 60068-2-27 shock ratings.
