Nuvo-11160GC Series Ruggedized Edge AI Platform Supporting 150W GPU by Neousys Technology

The Neousys Nuvo-11160GC Series is Neousys’ latest compact rugged edge AI platform built on the Intel Core Ultra 200S series processor with support for NVIDIA RTX series GPU cards up to 150W, combining modern CPU efficiency with discrete GPU AI inference for stationary and mobile edge AI applications. Supporting Intel Core Ultra 9 285/285T, Ultra 7 265/265T, and Ultra 5 245/245T at 35W and 65W TDP in the LGA1851 socket with Intel Q870E PCH, the Nuvo-11160GC provides integrated Intel Xe LPG graphics and an on-chip Neural Processing Unit for additional AI acceleration headroom alongside the GPU. Up to 128GB DDR5-6400 SDRAM via dual SODIMM slots and a PCIe Gen5 x4 M.2 2280 NVMe slot ensure fast system memory and storage performance. The single PCIe Gen4 x16 Cassette slot accepts NVIDIA RTX GPU cards up to 150W within a maximum card dimension of 178 x 128 mm, with a patented segregated cassette design featuring an upgraded GPU cooling fan for reliable wide-temperature operation from -25°C to 60°C. For stationary applications such as robotic vision guidance, AI inspection, and video analytics, the system provides five 2.5GbE screw-lock ports plus one GbE, optional IEEE 802.3at PoE+ on ports 3 to 6 with 100W total budget, eight USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, four isolated DI and four isolated DO, and an optional 10GbE port. For mobile AMR and outdoor robot deployments, mini PCIe slots support 4G/5G module expansion and the PoE+ capability simplifies GigE camera integration. The MezIO interface enables further expansion with additional COM, DIO, GbE, or PoE modules. Two internal 2.5-inch SATA ports support RAID 0/1, and 8 to 48V DC input with 20A rated current accommodates demanding power requirements.
