Description
The Axiomtek IMB760 is a high-performance EATX industrial server motherboard measuring 305 x 330 mm, engineered around dual LGA4189 sockets for 3rd generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Ice Lake-SP) at up to 270 W TDP each, supported by the Intel C621A chipset with optional C627A configuration for project-specific builds. Sixteen 288-pin DDR4-3200 RDIMM unbuffered memory slots support up to 1 TB of system memory, providing the headroom required for memory-intensive server, virtualisation, and AI inference workloads at the industrial edge. Six PCIe Gen4 expansion slots — four x16 and two x8 — give system integrators exceptional bandwidth for GPU accelerators, FPGA cards, high-speed capture cards, and NIC expansion. Storage is covered by eight SATA 600 ports with RAID 0/1/5/10 and two M.2 Key-M 2280 slots supporting PCIe x4 NVMe with RAID 0 and 1. Networking is delivered by dual Intel X550-AT2 10 GbE ports for high-throughput data transfer, alongside a dedicated IPMI LAN via Intel I210-AT shared with the optional ASPEED AST2500 BMC for out-of-band remote server management. USB connectivity includes four USB 3.2 Gen1 rear ports plus internal headers, one RS-232/422/485 rear COM port, eight 4-pin fan headers, eight-channel digital I/O, and optional TPM 2.0.
