The Printec-DS 103T-ES-TB38 is a heavy-duty industrial drawer keyboard built for rack-integrated human-machine interface applications where durability, hygiene, and space efficiency are essential. The 19 inch 1U form factor integrates directly into standard equipment racks used in industrial control rooms, automation panels, broadcast facilities, and server infrastructure. The patented drawer extension uses ball bearings for smooth and precise operation with a magnetic lock mechanism that firmly secures the keyboard when retracted, preventing accidental deployment in vibrating or high-traffic environments. The keyboard body features a natural anodized handle bar with stainless steel keycaps and front panel, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and mechanical wear. Key symbols are applied by laser etching for permanent legibility without fading over time. The 103-key compact layout uses long-stroke keys with 3.25 mm travel and 0.65N actuation force, rated for over 10 million operations. Ergonomic 15 mm keycaps provide comfortable operation during extended use. The unit connects via USB 2.0 and operates from +5V DC at 50mA, with IP65 protection, operating temperature from -30°C to 60°C, and storage temperature from -40°C to 80°C.
