BOXER-6641-PRO – Fanless Box PC with 8th/9th Gen Intel Core by AAEON

The AAEON BOXER-6641-PRO is a rugged fanless embedded box PC built for industrial applications that demand high desktop-grade processing performance in a thermally hardened, maintenance-free chassis. Supporting socket-type Intel Core i7-9700TE, i7-8700T, i5-8500T, i3-8100T, Pentium G5400T, and Celeron G4900T processors with a CPU TDP of up to 35W, the BOXER-6641-PRO uses a proprietary Graphene chassis to dissipate heat passively across its entire operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, enabling powerful core-count performance without a cooling fan. System memory is handled by two DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 64GB with ECC or non-ECC options, making it suitable for applications where memory reliability is critical. Two 2.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD bays provide internal storage flexibility, and RAID 0/1 is supported on the A2 model with Intel C246 chipset alongside Intel AMT for remote management. Four Intel GbE LAN ports (three i211 plus one i219) provide robust multi-port network connectivity for applications such as network appliances, traffic inspection, and multi-network industrial controllers. The display output via dual HDMI supports dual-screen setups for HMI and operator workstation use. I/O is comprehensive: up to eight USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports (A2 model), six DB-9 RS-232/422/485 serial ports, 8-bit digital I/O via terminal block, and audio. Expansion is available via one full-size Mini PCIe and one full-size Mini Card slot, plus a SIM slot for optional cellular. Power input accepts 10–35V DC from a three-pin connector.
