NA593 – 1U Rackmount Network Appliance with 12th–14th Gen Intel Core by Axiomtek

The Axiomtek NA593 is a high-performance 1U 19-inch rackmount network appliance platform designed for network security engineers and system integrators building enterprise-grade firewall, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN, and edge server platforms requiring modern processor performance alongside high LAN port density. Supporting 12th, 13th, and 14th generation Intel Core i9, i7, i5, i3, Pentium, and Celeron processors on the Intel R680E chipset with Alder Lake S, Raptor Lake S, and Raptor Lake Refresh support, the NA593 delivers substantial compute headroom for deep packet inspection and network processing workloads. Four DDR5-4400 MHz UDIMM slots support up to 256GB of ECC or non-ECC memory, providing ample capacity for high-connection-count security appliance workloads. Standard networking includes eight Intel I350 GbE RJ45 ports and two SFP ports, with two pairs of LAN bypass ensuring inline appliance continuity during power loss or system failure. Optional dual NIC module expansion via the MIO153 I/O board can extend port count to up to 26 LAN ports, with support for 1GbE, 10GbE, 25GbE, and 40GbE NIC module options. Storage covers two 2.5-inch SATA bays, an M.2 Key M NVMe slot, an M.2 Key B 5G slot with SIM, and a PCIe Mini Card slot for cellular. Optional IPMI 2.0 via BMC AST2600 enables out-of-band management. Power supply options include 400W single and 400W redundant ATX, and the chassis operates from 0 to 45°C with CE and FCC Class A certification.
