MP-270 – 27″ Fanless Marine Panel PC by Darveen

The Darveen MP-270 is a fanless 27-inch marine Panel PC engineered for maritime bridge, offshore, and naval applications where large-format display and reliable fanless computing are essential. Built around 10th generation Intel Core i5-10210U quad-core or i7-10710U six-core processors with up to 64GB DDR4 2666 SO-DIMM across two slots, the MP-270 delivers high-performance computing without active cooling, reducing maintenance demands in corrosive marine environments. The 27-inch TFT-LCD panel operates at 1920×1080 resolution with 300 nits luminance, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 178-degree wide viewing angles, and a multi-touch capacitive screen with 7H surface hardness, making it well suited for ship bridge chart display and integrated vessel management systems. An optional AG AF glass surface treatment minimises glare and reflections in bright maritime conditions. The rugged aluminum alloy front panel with IP65 ingress protection and all-metal chassis construction ensures compliance with maritime EMC and environmental requirements. A front-panel brightness adjustment knob and integrated power button facilitate ease of use on vessel bridges. I/O comprises 4x USB 3.0, 3x COM ports supporting RS-232 and RS-232/422/485, 4x GbE LAN, 1x HDMI, and audio connections, while the DC 9–36V M12 power connector matches shipboard power standards. Optional Mini PCIe slots accommodate WiFi, cellular, and mSATA storage expansion. The MP-270 supports panel mount and VESA 100 wall mount configurations, with an operating temperature range of -10 to 50°C and validated vibration resistance.
