If you are experiencing a problem with your acquired product and need assistance with debugging or repair. Before returning anything, Please submit an RMA report, you will then get an RMA # and address to return the product to Recab.

The better failure description we receive from you the better result of our investigation will be.

Return Material Authorization

If you are experiencing a problem with any product or service delivered by us at Recab, please contact us at support@recab.com or call +46 8 683 03 00.

If you need to return a product to Recab, please contact us and we will then provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Please do not return any product to Recab without obtaining an RMA.
