Compact Size – Space limitation is one of the constraints commonly seen in today’s industrial environment. I330EAC series provides a palm-sized design to meet the space requirement and provides adequate basic I/O interfaces for various applications. Winmate use well-defined thermal analysis procedures to verify IPC systems to meet the harsh environment applications. Especially in fanless cooling design, we develop a heat-sink or heat-pipe solution to conduct the heat and the airflow for the best thermal solution. In the fan cooling system, we will analyze the system’s thermal profiles before designing it to ensure the most efficient heat convection. RS422/485 Communication with Isolation Protection – Winmate’s multi-port serial cards can be equipped with various high-performance peripheral devices in field devices that use RS-232/422/485 serial communication protocol. Each interface card requires only one PCI or ISA slot to provide independent serial channels.
