The fiscal year 2011-12 was yet another succesfull year for the entire RECAB Group, with a revenue growth on appr 15% to 80M SEK and a growth of the Operating Profit with 66%, resulting in 11% profit equal to 8,4M SEK. Total assets represented 33M SEK.

The key reasons for the continued growth is that RECAB have an attractive business set-up requested by the marked as being both supplier, integrator and distributor of Customized Embedded High-End Computer Platforms to OEM Customers in the Nordic. This position has been further developed by a now broader service offering with more engineering resources in electronic development and even mechanical design. System Integration, Test and Logistics services has increased and is a result of RECAB's focus on being a complete supplier for its Key Customers.
The Company is well set for further development and expansion, with a clear focus on its core business and has a cost structure that's flexible an easy adaptable for most financial variations. A continued very clear strategy for RECAB is to further develop a concept that is easy adaptable to new European opportunities and markets outside the Nordic countries.
